In January Party Animals visited the children here at High Kirk Community Playgroup in Ballymena. Our theme this month is Our Body. By interacting with these animals we were able to use our sense of touch and start to use relevant vocabulary.
Dave from Party Animals helped the kids to feed the animals and encouraged them to touch them. He taught us lots about the habitat of animals and how they eat different food than we do.
Party Animals visit in January
As always the children came and joined in together. They learned lots and we thought that they were very brave to interact with animals that some of them had never seen before.
High Kirk Playgroup want to say a big thank you to Dave and all the animals who came to visit us in January. Party Animals did a great job with the children and we had a great day.
